Each of us carries an abundance of experiences and blessings to share within community 🌿

In this small group we will participate in both silent and guided meditation followed by conversation. Prompts inspired by poetry, spirituality, and various forms of writing and art. No formal meditation experience is required. Curiosity is a must.
