Ineffable experiences can be explored and expressed through creative and earth-based practices.
Each workshop in the series provides an opportunity to process in community through collage, meditation, movement, connection to earth and spirit, exploration of sound, and archetype.
According to William James -creativity can be defined as: “The ability to modify self-imposed restraints.” We are coming together to loosen restraints, to share, learn, process, support, grieve & celebrate.
Expression without perfection = art.

In 2019 I started visualizing an Integration group experience that offered creative ways to process and explore expanded states of consciousness.
As a trained Psychotherapist and a believer in the profound healing potential of psychedelics, I know in my heart that talk-therapy alone can fall short of the profound teachings that arise through creative expression, meditation, movement, and earth based practices. These practices continue to be my teachers. When I invite them into my life, I find that I feel like a human being rather than a human doing.
“There is no doubt that creativity is the most important resource of all. Without creativity, there would be no progress, and we would forever be repeating the same patterns.” ~Edward de Bono
Most of all, I am drawn to and driven by the healing potential of safe and supportive community gatherings, where we learn and heal as individuals who are part of this beautiful web of life. I have faith that this healing ripples out to our communities and beyond. _____________________________
